Come and join us on Saturday, May 18th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for a fun day of Miniature Golf at Ironbridge Sports Park on Route 10 in Chester.
To Register for the Tournament, we need you to fill out the following registration and Hold Harmless forms. Once the forms are completed, please send them to one of the following: email ( sharon@cchasm.org), fax (804-748-5620) or mail (PO Box 1741 Chesterfield, VA 23832).

Team Play (4 Golfers Per Team)
To register for Team Play, please have each individual fill out a Registration Form and a Hold Harmless Form and send to CCHASM via email, fax, or mail (see above). Please make sure you include your team name after each person's last name. Teams have no age limits and the top three team scores will receive a prize and a trophy.

Our Annual Spirit 76 Ride will be on Saturday, Septmeber 7th, 2013. We will be offering two rides, 40 mile and 76 mile, through Chesterfield County. Both rides are fully supported with rest areas, indoor restrooms, food, and SAG vehicles. The ride start and end location is Chester Baptist Church, 4317 School St., Chester, VA 23831.
To Register for either the 40 mile or the 76 mile ride, we need you to fill out the following registration and Hold Harmless forms. Once the forms are completed, please send them to one of the following: email ( sharon@cchasm.org), fax (804-748-5620) or mail (PO Box 1741 Chesterfield, VA 23832).
To pay online with a credit card, please choose either the 40 Mile Ride or the 76 Mile ride below. If registering after August 17th, please add an additional $ 10 late fee:

Remember on or before August 17, either ride is $40 and on or after August 18 the ride is $50. Please include the price of the shirt, $27, is you would like to order one. For over 24 years, CCHASM has served as a non-profit organization seeking to serve those individuals and families in Chesterfield-Colonial Heights who have found themselves in an economic crisis.

Those assisted by CCHASM are area residents, individuals, and families who, for various reasons (loss of jobs, medical emergencies, loss of the primary income member, recent disability), are experiencing an acute economic crisis, which threatens their basic survival needs.
