COVID-19 Crisis Financial Support (CFS)
In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, CCHASM will provide financial assistance to individuals and families facing sudden economic hardship in our service area. We created the CCHASM Crisis Financial Support (CFS) fund to respond to the crisis.
Eligibility
-
Individuals who were laid off, furloughed, or had their schedules reduced to zero hours on or after March 1, 2020, may qualify for up to $350 in financial assistance, with case-by-case consideration for potentially a greater amount, through payments to creditors such as landlords, mortgage companies, and utility companies.
-
Documentation of job loss and past due bills and/or account status is required, but an eviction notice or shutoff notice will not be a requirement.
-
Households are limited to one (1) financial assistance payment from CCHASM per year.
-
Funds will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while funds are available.
-
Individuals who do not qualify for the Crisis Financial Response program may still apply for the established CCHASM financial assistance program.

CCHASM reserves the right to alter the program at any time.

Additional support includes local retail gift cards to be used for online shopping, scheduling at food pantry distribution locations and referrals to other resources.
