MA Weeks Thanksgiving Program 2022. Want to make a difference in helping us

In 2021, CCHASM assisted more than 3,100 families in Chesterfield County,
Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, Hopewell, and Prince George. Nearly 8,600 adults
and children were served!
Through generous donations and caring hands, we can reach our goal to assemble
and distribute more than 4,000 Thanksgiving Meal Gift Packages.
This year’s program will be held at the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds in the Exhibition Center:

Volunteer Pre-Registration is encouraged (Age 14+)
Dress for inclement weather + Monitor COVID-19 safety recommendations. Masks (optional)

Monday, November 14th, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (sorting/packing)

Tuesday, November 15th, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (sorting/packing)

Wednesday, November 16th, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (sorting/packing)

Tuesday, November 17th, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (sorting/packing)

Friday, November 18th, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM (homebound distribution/DoorDash pickup/packaging)

Saturday, November 19th, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Package Distribution)

Periodically, we enlist additional support at the Women's Career Clothes Program (sorting/distribution).
